Tracking, identifying and evaluate business opportunities
Tendering incorporating long term changes and bidding effectively
Client Liaison and interface
Drive margin growth on regional basis
Enhance forecasting accuracy in operations and Order Book
Cross Sell/Explore adjacencies
Preparation of target city dossier and maintaining database of upcoming opportunities
Tracking competitor, updating MIS and strategy formulation based on macro & micro indicators
Articulate consortium/ JV agreement and understanding the local rules and regulation to mitigate risk.
Ensure retention of key clients through positive relationship building
Mining information on Internet and tracking all projects under feasibility phase
Post sales activities in developing a scope and cost, devising programs, managing contractors, commissioning and final handover to the client
Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the Central Government, Armed Forces and Para Military forces to explore opportunities for developing business across smart utilities, surveillance, communication etc.
