Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Executive (Hospitality) role located in Bengaluru. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The HR Executive will also be responsible for managing and developing the human resources functions to support the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Ability to lead and develop an HR team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to HR management
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
