Role Objective:
A key objective of this position is to enhance work culture and employee experience by anchoring culture-building initiatives, employee engagement activities, and organizational communication.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Degree in human resources with at least 6 to 8 years of experience, with at least 2-3 of those years spent managing Culture Building, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, etc.
- Relevant HR Experience: 6-8 years with 2-3 years in Culture Building, Employee Engagement, etc.
- Excellent Communication: Strong English communication skills are essential.
- Interpersonal & Cultural Sensitivity: High interpersonal skills with sensitivity for people & culture.
- Organizational Behavior Expertise: Strong understanding of HR developmental aspects.
- Strategic Thinker: Capable of devising employer branding strategies.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement actions to keep core values alive in the organization, including international locations.
2. Create cultural presentations, including core values and impart training on the same to employees globally.
3. Carry out engagement activities in accordance with the calendar.
4. Develop and implement employee rewards and recognition policies and programs, and manage end-to-end execution
5. Plan and execute organizational communications.
6. Contribute in devising employer branding strategies and implementing actions.
7. Create and administer employee surveys, such as eNPS, mood, and pulse.
8. Draft, communicate, and implement HR policies/SOPs.
9. Manage entire employee feedback, including gathering, reviewing, deciding, communicating, and acting on employee input.
