What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Travel and Tourism is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts effectively.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in communication and execution.
- Minimum availability for 3 Months
What will you be doing?
- Provide information and address client queries regarding upcoming & ongoing Visa orders.
- Educate clients on StampMyVisa’s products and services to enhance their experience.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, including the Visa Expert Team and Finance Team.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through calls and in-person meetings.
- Handle escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
