Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Executive specializing in building and managing new channel partnerships across India. This role is crucial for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners, distributors, and strategic allies, enhancing Magnifico Resins' market presence nationally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and onboard new channel partners and distributors across various regions in India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive sales growth and market expansion.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing partner performance and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and exceptional partner support.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent Magnifico Resins at trade shows, industry conferences, and partner events to promote the brand and establish valuable connections.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to prospective channel partners.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in channel partnership development or business development roles within manufacturing, distribution, or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully developing channel partnerships and driving sales through partners.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strategic problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across India.
