Job Description:
· Efficiently leading the Ocean freight Department (Ocean import as well as Export)
· Responsible for handling Key & Corporate accounts
· Liasing & Developing business relationship with overseas Network for nomination shipments
· Customer Engagement with a view to developing PR and Business Development as and when required
· Monitor Timely response on the ocean import Network queries on All India basis
· Monitoring of business revenue generated through Network Nomination desk for Mumbai
· Timely approvals of Jobs in EBMS system
· Monitoring of ocean import department and solving their queries and providing solution when required
· Monitoring of timely closure of Jobs in EBMS system
