Position Summary
As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Enterprise North, you will be responsible
for driving enterprise software sales within your assigned territory. This role
demands a strategic, consultative, and results-driven approach to selling
enterprise solutions across:
- IT Operations & Automation (AIOps, ITSM, CMDB, observability, workflow automation)
- Cybersecurity & IT Risk Management
- Cloud & Infrastructure Management
- Your focus will include positioning HCL Software’s top-selling products—HCL
- Workforce Automation, BigFix, and AppScan—to help enterprises enhance
- operational efficiency, strengthen security posture, and drive compliance.
- This is an individual contributor role that requires a hunter mindset, strong
- enterprise deal execution skills, and the ability to leverage partner ecosystems
- for scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise software sales across large accounts in North India.
- Build and manage C-level relationships, including CIOs, CISOs, IT Operations Leaders, and Enterprise Architects.
- Develop and execute a partner-driven sales strategy, working with GSIs,
resellers, and technology alliances.
- Lead complex sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring
sustained revenue growth.
- Expand market penetration by driving both direct enterprise engagement and
indirect partner collaboration.
- Position and sell HCL Workforce Automation, BigFix, and AppScan as key
solutions to optimize IT operations, enhance security, and ensure regulatory
compliance.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, alliances, marketing, and customer success teams to
maximize customer value and solution adoption.
- Develop deep industry knowledge to align HCL Software solutions with
customers’ digital transformation initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements
- 10–15+ years of enterprise software sales experience in:
- IT Operations & Automation
- Cybersecurity & IT Risk Management
- Cloud & Infrastructure Management
- Strong experience managing enterprise customers across North & East India,
with established CXO relationships.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large enterprise deals.
- Experience working with IT software OEMs and executing multi-product, cross-
sell strategies.
- Ability to drive business through a partner ecosystem (GSIs, resellers, technology
alliances).
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, digital transformation, and
automation trends.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.

- Ability to manage both direct enterprise sales and partner-led engagements.
- Strong network across North & East India’s enterprise and partner ecosystem.
