Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Remote

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role is critical in managing recruitment, upskilling, performance grading, KPI tracking, and employee exits. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR processes, ATS platforms (preferably Asana), and performance management frameworks such as KPI and OKR tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Utilize ATS platforms (preferably Asana) to track candidate progress and streamline hiring.
Conduct structured and behavioral interviews using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Upskilling & Employee Development
Identify skill gaps and create learning & development programs.
Work with department heads to implement upskilling initiatives.
Track employee progress and suggest improvements in training modules.
Performance Management & Grading
Implement and maintain a grading system to assess employee performance.
Develop and track KPIs & OKRs to align individual goals with company objectives.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Employee Relations & Communication
Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement.
Act as a bridge between employees and leadership to address concerns.
Handle workplace conflicts and negotiations professionally.
Termination & Offboarding
Manage employee exits, ensuring a smooth offboarding process.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention.
Handle terminations professionally while maintaining compliance with labor laws.
Key Skills & Qualifications
✅ Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Asana.
✅ Strong interviewing skills, with a structured and behavioral approach.
✅ KPI & OKR management – setting, tracking, and evaluating performance goals.
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and leadership.
✅ Negotiation & persuasion skills for handling offers, conflicts, and workplace discussions.
✅ Empathy & emotional intelligence to foster a positive work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience or Fresher HR roles with a focus on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
The college dropouts are also welcome.
