Who we are looking for.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Campaign Manager to lead and manage our influencer marketing initiatives for various brands. This role will involve strategising, executing, and optimising influencer campaigns while overseeing the production of engaging content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creative storytelling .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy Development:
o Collaborate with brand teams to understand campaign goals and objectives.
o Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with brand messaging.
2.Influencer Identification and Outreach:
o Research and identify relevant influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.
3.Content Production Management:
o Oversee the creation of high-quality content for influencer campaigns, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
Coordinate with internal and external creative teams (photographers, videographers, designers) to produce compelling visuals and videos.
4.Campaign Execution:
o Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from contract negotiation to content delivery.
Ensure timely communication and collaboration between influencers and brand teams.
5.Performance Analysis:
o Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and ROI.
o Prepare detailed reports and insights to share with stakeholders, recommending improvements for future campaigns.
6.Budget Management:
o Develop and manage budgets for influencer campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
7.Trend Monitoring:
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging influencers, and new platforms to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer dynamics.
· Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
