About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Frontend Developer to lead our frontend team, design and build scalable architectures, and ensure a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to make high-impact decisions regarding frontend development and architecture.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards.
Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications.
Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create a seamless user experience.
Evaluate and implement modern frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Optimize web applications for speed, security, and performance.
Maintain code quality through proper testing, code reviews, and documentation.
Solve complex frontend challenges with a deep understanding of browser behavior, rendering, and performance tuning.
Ensure accessibility, SEO, and maintainability of frontend code.
Work closely with DevOps to ensure smooth deployment and CI/CD practices.
Leverage cloud technologies (especially AWS) to enhance frontend scalability and performance.
Requirements:
5-8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Vue.js (optional), and Redux/State Management.
Experience in Frontend Architecture, Micro Frontends, and Performance Optimization.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
Strong knowledge of SCSS, Tailwind CSS, or Styled Components.
Hands-on experience with unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
Expertise in code-splitting, lazy loading, SSR (Server-Side Rendering), and hydration techniques.
Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, Babel, and module bundlers.
Familiarity with design systems and component-driven UI development.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience with Git, GitHub, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and modern frontend patterns.
Experience with frontend performance monitoring tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals, Sentry, New Relic, etc.).
Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes for frontend applications.
Experience working in agile environments.
Prior experience in leading frontend teams and managing technical roadmaps.
Familiarity with serverless computing and cloud-native architectures. (AWS, Azure etc.)
