Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and Lead L&D; Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term goals and business objectives. • Leadership Development: Spearhead leadership development programs aimed at cultivating future leaders and strengthening management capabilities across the organization. • Employee Development Plans: Create and manage personalized employee development plans, focusing on career growth, upskilling, and succession planning. • Learning Technology & Tools: Leverage advanced learning technologies, e-learning platforms, and innovative training methods to deliver impactful learning solutions.
• Monitor and Measure Learning Impact: Develop metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of L&D; initiatives and programs, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. • Change Management: Play a pivotal role in driving cultural and organizational change through learning interventions that enhance adaptability and resilience. • Mentor & Lead L&D; Teams: Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to a team of L&D; professionals, ensuring they deliver high-quality, results-oriented training programs. • Manage L&D; Budget: Oversee the L&D; budget, ensuring resource allocation is aligned with strategic priorities and delivers maximum return on investment. • Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with senior management and HR to identify skill gaps, development needs, and talent pipeline requirements. • Vendor and Consultant Management: Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants, ensuring their contributions align with the organization's L&D; objectives. • Stay Updated on L&D; Trends: Stay informed about the latest L&D; trends, methodologies, and best practices, integrating them into the company’s learning strategy.
Key Skills/Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. • Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in Learning & Development, with a successful track record in managing large-scale training and development programs. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field. A Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., ATD, CIPD, SHRM) is highly preferred. • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to align L&D; initiatives with overall business strategies and organizational objectives. • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders in driving learning and development efforts. • Program Design & Delivery: Extensive experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership, technical, and soft skills development programs. • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and instructional design tools. • Change Management Expertise: Deep understanding of organizational change management principles and how to apply them in a learning context. • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization. • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills to assess training needs, measure impact, and continuously improve learning programs. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and projects.
