We are looking for a dynamic BDM – Enterprise Sales to drive sales, pitch AI solutions to enterprises, and expand our footprint across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Business Growth:

- Identify and target mid-to-large enterprises across various industries for AI-driven solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and retain enterprise clients.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

AI Solutions Pitching & Consultative Selling:

- Understand client pain points and position NewtonAI’s AI-powered solutions effectively.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations, demos, and product pitches for C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Develop custom AI solution proposals tailored to client needs.

Lead Generation & Market Expansion:

- Identify new business opportunities through networking, outbound prospecting, and partnerships.
- Work closely with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated with AI industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales tactics.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

- Drive the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach to contract negotiations and closure.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs to ensure win-win deals for NewtonAI and clients.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.

Client Relationship Management:

- Establish long-term partnerships with enterprise clients, ensuring high retention & upselling opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, addressing their needs proactively.
- Gather client feedback to refine AI solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

Experience: 3-7 years in B2B enterprise sales, consultative selling, or AI/Tech solutions sales.

Sales Track Record: Proven ability to close high-value enterprise deals.

Industry Knowledge: Experience selling to BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, or other key industries.

AI & Technology Understanding: Basic knowledge of AI/ML, automation, or enterprise tech solutions.

Networking & Relationship Building: Strong connections in C-level & decision-maker networks.

Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills to engage stakeholders and close deals.
