Job Description Statement
We are expanding our team to include Data Vizualization Experts. This Senior Visualization Developer will be responsible for designing and delivering data models and dashboards to support stakeholder needs. The candidate would have hands-on developement, actively participating in Agile Process, keen on learning new technologies, setting high standards for himself/herself and in the team. The role requires complete comprehension of enterprise data models and utilization of both relational and dimensional data sources. The ideal candidate will have experience in Qliksense/PowerBi/Tableau design and development with a general understanding of BI and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Leverage Qliksense tools for generating insights and data visualization throgh graphs and charts
- Facilitate the performance tuning of reports and universes and timely issue resolution related to reporting support.
- Ensure high quality BI solution deliveries.
- Improvise server performance, capacity, utilization monitoring and Health monitoring Optimization and Performance tuning of dashboards and server
- Define best practices for dashboards deployment and create reusable templates
- Perform detailed analysis of source systems and source system data and help business in generating better insights through visualization
- Hands on experience with Qlik sense Extensions (Javascript/Angular)
- Advanced knowledge using set analysis & variables.
- Experience with section access, databases, universes, and business process flows
- Design, develop, and test scripts to import data from source systems and test dashboards to meet client requirements.
- Team player exhibiting professional maturity, personal integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Create and maintain technical design documentation
- Perform quality coding to business and technical specifications
- Extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources into applications
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that robust communication and escalation mechanisms are in place across the project portfolio
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) projects, especially in scorecards, KPIs, reports & dashboards
- Experience in Advanced Analytics like Mashup,On demand Reporting using Nprinting ,Vizlib Extension Uses,Geo Analytics using GEO MAPS
- Good understanding of the control requirement surrounding data handling
Desired Skillset
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related discipline
- Experience in building dashboards using data visualisation tool Qliksense, PowerBI and tableau
- 7+ years of experience developing Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and Analytical Solutions by integrating data from multiple sources
- Experience with BFSI domain is a preferred
- Strong self-starter with strong change delivery skills who enjoys the challenge of delivering change within tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of scripting, data source integration and advanced GUI development
- Excellent understanding of data quality assessment, data cleansing and data transformation
- Ability to write complicated yet efficient SQL queries and stored procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills, logical process thinking and end-to-end system concepts
- Results-driven with the ability to take initiatives, handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities and meet deadlines
- Preferable knowledge and experience in Data Quality & Governance
- Strong experience in SQL and Python knowledge is required
- Should have worked in Agile environment
