Mission Functional transversal expert for CLIC/RRD, contribute & Participate on all functional topics covering all process of the Referential & Regulatory Department. Implement appropriate CI tools to the team , contribute to the target operating model by leading and facilitating the initiatives & transformation projects.

Profile Knowledge management:

Lead initiatives to up skill staff to have E2E business knowledge and impacts
Access & create opportunities for the staff to get prepared for COE on client data services
Define, execute & lead action plans by positioning teams benchmarking the peer players
Implement Digital Knowledge management system like chat bot
Process cartography with clear demarcation of RRD processes
Develop functional knowledge of the business and comprehensive understanding on the impacts of the actions performed by the RRD teams
Identify and improve process knowledge gaps of the team by setting up appropriate KM sessions
Streamline procedure (SOP) management

Digital Transformation:

Work closely with operational teams on smart automation/process digitalization initiatives
Participate on the discovery phase discussion to tap the executable used case
Contribute to B. Case preparation/Finalization in co-ordination with all stake holders
Create ideation at source mindset to the team

Quality of service & ownership

Contribute to improve quality of data in BDR/Maestro
Understand the business needs and deliver it with highest accuracy within agreed time line
Prepare Business KPI packs for all key business lines
Common incident management system across the department
Identify and re direct pockets of capacity within teams
Identify and streamline interdependencies within teams
Communicate challenges of RRD to partners/business

Digital Transformation

Lead smart automation initiatives for all processes
Budget management relating to automation projects
Foster innovative spirit within the team to reduce manual efforts in the process

Continuous Improvement:

Work closely with the operation teams to understand the CI needs of the teams
Facilitate Implement appropriate CI tools in consultation with the CI teams
Follow-up for effective usage of the tools implemented
Report CI maturity score for the department in the defined frequency

Outcome based client centric approach:

Improvement of synergy between internal & External partners/counter parts
Promote proactive approach on Reference data activities

Projects management linked to his activity:

Drive transformation/change management projects
Improve digitalization of process/activities by being a change agent
cultivate the continuous improvement culture,

Technical Skills required

Technical knowledge of Third Party referential and their role in business processes/IT knowledge
Knowledge in terms of related business processes (e.g.: KYC, clients on-boarding,...)
Knowledge in terms of specific stakes for each Business Lines (MARK, GLFI, CORI, SGSS, LYXOR,...) to contribute to business development and then the specific needs in terms of client and other data
Master methodology in terms of project management.
