Analysing Job requirements, Description and clients Expectation.
Identifying, attracting and Hiring best candidates.
Experience in Screening resumes based on candidates availability, location, pay rate, contact information, education details, Visa status, legal name, education details based on client needs
Interviewing and evaluating the candidates by checking their technical skills and Negotiating, updating feedback and follow up the candidates till joining process.
Scheduling candidates for Audio / Video,
In person Interview through cold calls and email.
(0 to 0.6-year experience in the Recruitment Field)
Should have IT Experience or knowledge
Must have Basic experience in office tools like MS office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet search options
Experience in Marketing and Market research is Preferable.
It would be a Huge plus if they have Degree in HR
