Excellent Knowledge on HCM tool like PeopleSoft and SAP. Prior experience of working with a Case Management tool Good understanding in MS Office � MS Excel, MS Word Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Responsible for constantly updating Standard Operating Procedures and other client related documents and follow up with client for sign-off. Performing all activities within the scope of Process documentation
