We are looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to support several Global Services ("GS") Partners and Senior Directors based in the BCG Global Services London office or in Europe.

At BCG, EAs are an essential part of the team and are expected to grow throughout their careers, building and improving their skills to match the evolving needs of BCG. Taking full responsibility for maintaining stakeholders demanding schedules, travel plans and expenses our EAs are expected to act with initiative and pro-activeness, and handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

The goal is to leverage the stakeholders time and to enable him/her for other value added functional activities. This position is also expected to work as a team with other EAs in Global Services and may also be assigned by his or her supervisor to back up other support staff as required.


Core EA competencies calendar management, travel planning, expense management

Being Organized excellent at time and project management, has clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once and ensures everything gets done in a timely manner

Relationship development extremely people focused with a certain 'joie de vivre' and the ability to develop effective working relationships with the wider Business Services Team (BST)

Demonstrating Good judgment highly professional and diplomatic (dealing with Partners who can be very demanding at times can be a challenge, but a challenge you're up to), knows when to ask for help or advice; is perceptive and practical

Sweating the small stuff strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when under pressure
Thinking on your feet - must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment; doesn't get frustrated by priorities changing; open to feedback


Bachelors degree, strongly preferred

Strong experience of a fast paced corporate environment (really fast paced!) supporting senior executives,

Strong command of Microsoft Office especially Outlook and PowerPoint

Experience working with Digital productivity tools such as Slack and Trello a plus

Detailed experience across core EA competencies

Calendar Management: We expect the EA to actively manage the calendar matters for their assigned stakeholders with an overall understanding of business priorities to offer alternatives, tradeoffs and consideration of the most efficient use of the stakeholders time.

Scheduling Meetings: With minimum instruction, proactively follows up on emails when copied, and determine the most appropriate next steps related to scheduling more complex meetings, either in person or via WebEx, that require participation from multiple stakeholders who often sit in multiple geographic locations.

Travel Management: The EA will organize travel arrangements for all trips; anticipating and coordinating point-to-point travel and logistics needs, including but not limited to directions, commuting time and ground transportation, passport and visa processing.

Expense Management: The EA will prepare expense report submissions for their assigned stakeholders in accordance with company guidelines.

Other ad-hoc activities: As time permits after handling core activities (calendar management, scheduling, travel and expenses) assist with basic document formatting (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and meeting planning.

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.

2 to 3 partners and or senior directors on a day to day basis. You will also be part of a community of EAs and admin assistants working across the Global Services hub locations in Boston, Atlanta, Munich and New Delhi
