Manages portfolio composition with respect to credit rating/quality, industry concentration, granularity, secured/unsecured.
Early identification of potential stressed assets through regular monitoring.
Do client / plant visits to monitor performance of the company; identify key slippages; Initiate remedial action plan, if required.
Undertakes Thematic /Event based Reviews to assess impact of the event on the portfolio & initiate remedial measures.
Keep track of developments relating to Industry, Govt. Policies, Regulations, Projects & Sponsors
Monitor & expedite security perfection.
Take lead in new initiatives like Early Warning systems etc.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews, CRM to identify bankable names, recommend new clients/exposure levels.
Develop understanding of various pertinent regulations.
Keep track of various credit hygiene parameters and follow up with Business for timely closure.
Collate/review of various data points & maintains repository of such data for monitoring & reporting purpose.
Evaluation and implementation of IT solutions, mainly from the credit data warehouse perspective. Self-Management Responsibilities
