Job Summary
AECOM India is seeking applications for Team Leader/Project head for an upcoming bid for consultancy services for development of Industrial parks focused on Hi-Tech Food Processing and Infrastructure Projects, located in South India.
The Team leader should have specific experience in Mega Food Processing Industry sectors, hi-tech Food Processing Infrastructure Projects, SEZ, Agri and related business parks, Industrial Parks, in advising public/private entities on policies, strategies, development and management.
Key responsibilities will include client interface, active project management, overall strategic development and management of the industrial park,
leading the team of experts and guiding them through the project. The expert should also have knowledge to supervise the detailed design work, programme, specifications, and suggest modifications. Tasks will include but not be limited to overseeing the administration of the project, co-ordinating with experts, supervising field activities, value engineering technical design and suggesting improvements in design. On the management side, the Team Leader will be required to review the branding, marketing strategies, business models, Financial analysis and guide the team of experts in achieving overall strategic objectives for the success of the Industrial park development.
Minimum Requirements
- Post Graduate in Management/Agriculture/Engineering/Science/Foodscience and technology with experience in setting up the food processing industries/ food parks/ industrial parks and marketing of the same and advising public/private entities on policies, strategies,development and management.
- Minimum 15 years of work experience in similar projects.
