Inside Sales Specialist - Practo Plus
To sell Practo Plus by cultivating a relationship with the clients and thereafter provide them prompt support across all dimensions of the subscription feature. This needs to be accompanied with a result-driven approach and the desire to exceed the given target.
- To seek awareness about the company's vision, goals and plans and align individual thoughts and action towards the same to get more clinics derive value from our products
- To read, understand, absorb and retain the Practo Way of Sales (PWOS), one hundred percent.
- To implement and practice the PWOS one hundred percent, in letter and spirit.

New Sales Generation
- Ensure that all the leads assigned to individual should get called within given TAT which is 5 minutes.
- Ensure that all the leads assigned to individual have had their pipelines built, and then sold by proper follow-up.
- Ensure that a minimum % of leads are provided product & scheduled for followup.
- Ensure that a minimum conversion % is achieved from qualified leads to paid accounts
- To find out more innovative ways to help Consumer realise the potential value that Practo Plus offers and constitutionalism the same
- Follow up with prospective Consumer and should be an expert in closing deals
To constantly chase and exceed the efficiency benchmarks in terms of :
- Effective calls per day
- Effective conversions from qualified leads
- Effective revenues per conversion
- Providing suggestions to improvise on sales and marketing strategies
- Process compliance on the below to be maintained.
- To ensure that every interaction detail, with plans for the next interaction, is entered promptly in Daily reporting tool - with no backlog at the end of each day.
- To ensure the highest standards with respect to - Discipline (report entries, daily huddle & review participations etc.), Integrity (no - false- promises to customers, no - false- calls, no false sales etc.), and Commitment (high and intense effort levels).
Desired Skill Set
- Sales and Telecalling
- Experience in customer handling - 6 months to 3 years
- Ability to understand the pulse of the potential customer and driving closures
- Negotiation skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Being tech savvy is a plus
