Acquisition Manager - ( COR0000KH )
Description
Responsible for driving Credit card sales volumes (New cards, Cross sell, add-on cards) through a large team of Outsourced sales representatives ( DST )by conducting corporate and Kiosk activities in corporates
Budget man power requirements, facilitate hiring and training of budgeted man power
Formulate sales strategies to achieve the desired numbers.
To monitor sales executives efficiency in terms of productivity and quality of application sourced
Responsible for ensuring appropriate sales processes are followed, and the highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered.
Complaints & Escalations Management on Sales Complaints and implementing learning to strengthening sales governance.
Adherence of YES Values driven via Yes Personality standards & Work commitment
Comply with Banks policies and processes.
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Credit cards products/Sales.
