Special Projects ""1. Timely launch of EIC ensuring business continuity 2. Creation of Policy/process nuggets for team's reference 3. Document of Standardization of responses across VSSI and VIL 4. NPS workshop for team 5. Customer centricity workshop for HRSSC"" ""100 PERCENT within timelines (per quarter) Success of project.
