Job Description :
1. Full life cycle of recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, salary negotiation).
2. Screening the CVs, Scheduling Face 2 Face or Telephonic interviews with the technical panel according to their convenience.
3. Post scheduling process & follow up
4. Making confirmation calls, clarifying doubts of candidates.
5. Offer releasing and strong follow-up with the candidates till their joining.
6. Updating job openings section on company website
7. Visiting card co-ordination with Technology Graphics and Facilities and administration department.
8. Maintain employee Database
