The role is critical in ensuring our Sales leaders and executives have timely insights to manage the business. You will be directly responsible for delivery of key metrics and analytics that drive sales productivity, revenue growth and support the implementation of our go to market strategy.

You will develop an understanding of the end to end sales cycle, go to market design and execution, build relationships and gain visibility with key executives and work with an outstanding team.

A Day in the Life

Develop dashboards and analyses that support our go to market strategy
Deliver dashboards & presentations to support key executive meetings, e.g. QBRs, Pipeline Reviews, ELT meetings
Help drive and maintain pipeline coveragehealth and forecast accuracy, through reporting, enablement and automation
Utilize existing dashboards and ad-hoc analysis to identify improvement opportunities across sales teams, territories, geographies, or product lines
Data preparation, transformation and analysis to support analytics
Work with peers in Sales Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Customer Success to support and drive improvements
Continuously evaluate, seek feedback and look for ways to improve the level of service and support to our stakeholders.

Success Criteria

Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance in Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Statistics, or other quantitative or analytical field.
5-10 years of experience in Business Analyst, Sales Operations, or similar function, preferably in the software industry.
Experience working with sales and marketing automation software. (e.g. Salesforce.com)
Tableau experience to intermediateadvanced level is essential
Strong data analytics skills (e.g. MS Excel, MS Access, Alteryx, SQL).
Familiarity with data warehousing architecture and processes is beneficial.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while also ensuring accuracy of work through attention to detail.
Be able to take the initiative and work independently
Ability to build rapport with sales teams, and curious mindset to continuously seek to learn about the challenges and insights sales teams face in the marketplace.
Creative problem-solving skills to generate ideas to address challenges identified.
Have the ability to understand and converse about the data, but can also translate the so-what’s into simple business language
Great written and verbal communication skills to make compelling, data-driven, recommendations for change at all levels in the organisation
