Review and implement requests to Create Positions and Update specific Position Attributes

Review cases submitted through AskHR by non-managers and create or update positions - many different case types like updating Requisition Numbers, SMR Codes, Pooled Positions from Hiring Authorities, Reactivating Positions, etc.

Process Mass Changes requests to Create Positions, including Mass Creation of Positions for Acquisitions

Subject Matter Experts (SME) for Positions in Employee Data Operations

Monitor Positions data quality daily

Provide Position reporting as requested

Manage service delivery per agreed SLAs and TATs for the process

Ensure effective internal Customer service & Relationship Management (Employees,

LOB Managers, location HRHRSD teams)

Manage external and internal Audits for the process

Lead initiate projects per business requirements, process improvements

Maintain emphasis within the team on deadlines, quality, knowledge, communication, data privacy, control procedures and continuous improvement on performance standards

Close engagement with team to motivate and focus on proactiveness re accuracy and control, research & query resolution

Ownership of the knowledge& process documents of the team, ensure its updated effectively and in a timely manner

Lead and manage a team of high performers and keep them motivated

Ensure the low performers are brought up to speed with respect to their performance

Ensure the team is compliant with the firm's Risk and Compliance policies

Graduate in any stream with 1- 2 years of experience in HR operations or in BPO environment.

Working knowledge on PeopleSoft/ Cloud or other HR applications.

Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management.

Excellent data capturing skills and orientation to detail.

Ability to prioritize and manage own workload in a pressurized and deadline driven environment, operating within tight timeframes.

Excellent PC skills including MS Excel / MS Word and familiarity with email writing.

System based thinking.

Excellent communication skills both verbal & written & team player skills.

Open to work in shifts.
