Roles and responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the authoring and configuration of few products from an implementation and conversion perspective.
Candidate should have experience of implementation in any product or services.
Candidate possessing technical background, preferably with tech functional experience in SDLC.
The candidate must demonstrate good Business Analysis skills such as gathering requirements, creating designs, problem solving skills
The candidate should also have a good understanding of conditional logic (IF/ELSE/TRUE/FALSE).
Should have experience in interaction with client.
Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner.
Understanding of the Retail Banking domain.
Should be willing to work on Saturday if business demands.
Should be good in documentation with the work performed.
Requires knowledge of basic office tools
At least 3 year of implementation experience on any product or services (preferable banking domain).
Any programming exposure (preferable Java/.Net/OOPS).
Building logic statements using conditions, loops and functions.
Knowledge on Workflow enabled business process management (This is a plus)
Understanding & hands-on experience on Java Script.
Knowledge of any issue or change management tools, understanding of the Issue or change requests creation process, and follow-up cycle.
Must have Knowledge on writing Query Language
Must have knowledge on XML and HTML
Knowledge of RPA in UIPath is a plus
Communication (Spoken, Written)

Experience in Client interaction.
Since the candidate will be responsible for the authoring and configuration of our products from an implementation and conversion perspective, these positions are more of Techno functional role with 30% on functional (i.e. Requirement gathering from Clients, Root cause and gap analysis expertise, Customer interaction on handling the multiple project deliverables) and 70% on technical Implementation script (FIS proprietary tool) with an exposure to US Banking concepts.
