Our firm relies on exceptional people working together to deliver exceptional results. As an integral part of the Human Resources function, the Recruitment Teams provide tactical and strategic solutions with the aim of constantly attracting and hiring diverse professionals to the business.

Each recruitment team relies on the Recruitment Coordinator (RC) for proactive end-to-end delivery of an efficient candidate care process for the business. The core responsibilities include high quality administration for the Functional Recruitment Team in the UK & the India GSC.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a recruiting support team of Candidate coordinators who are responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Recruiting Managers and Candidates

Manage Recruitment Flow – including high volumes of requisition creation, proactive candidate care, complex interview coordination and offer administration for hires for all levels.

Monitor and ensure service levels are met or exceeded

Manage and coach the team to ensure operational excellence and that risk and controls are tightly managed

Review processes/procedures for process efficiencies and ensure proper change management with team and clients occur prior to executed changes

Interview Coordination - liaise with Hiring Managers/Recruiters/RC Leads and candidates to book interview rooms and facilities across multiple sites and time zones and send confirmation emails.

Data management – accurate and detailed data input in Taleo and other internal HR systems.

Invoice Management – submitting invoices for payment and appropriate follow up as required.

Risk & Control – take ownership of responsibilities and escalate issues immediately to the Candidate Coordination Lead as needed.

Confidentiality – responsible for managing a high volume of confidential information at all times.

Additional administrative support for Recruiters and adhoc projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications
Strong leadership with the ability to motivate a team of recruiting support professionals as well as influence change
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Proven time management skills within a deadline driven environment
Highly experienced user of MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
Exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach to duties
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Ensure end to end delivery across global time zones
Accountable – takes ownership of processes and problems and drives solutions
Strong relationship building skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business
Willing to work EMEA shifts
