As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a CRM Manager to own and optimize our HubSpot CRM environment, ensuring it drives alignment, visibility, and performance across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
What You’ll Do
Own the CRM (HubSpot) system — structure, hygiene, segmentation, workflows, permissions, and reporting.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing,
and Customer Success to map and optimize the full customer journey.
Build and maintain workflows, automations, and pipelines that support outbound prospecting, demo scheduling, onboarding, renewals, and upsell campaigns.
Create dashboards and custom reports to track KPIs across the funnel.
Implement best practices for lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and deal management.
Collaborate with leadership to streamline handoffs, reduce friction, and improve pipeline visibility.
Serve as our internal HubSpot expert, trainer, and problem-solver.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of CRM management experience, preferably in HubSpot (Salesforce acceptable with strong HubSpot transition experience).
Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnels in a B2B SaaS environment.
Comfortable building automation, custom properties, workflows, and dashboards in HubSpot.
A systems thinker who thrives on improving process and reducing manual work.
Excellent communication skills — you can translate business needs into CRM solutions.
Self-starter who can take ownership and drive measurable results.
Bonus Points For
Experience supporting SDR, AE, and CSM teams
Familiarity with outbound tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)
Exposure to debt collection, lending, or FinTech environments
HubSpot certifications
