Required Technical Skill Set: AWS Parallel Cluster, R Workbench, Batch, ECS, Kubernetes
AWS Services: EC2, RDS, S3, RedShift, FSX, EFS, IAM, Batch, Cloud Formation
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Primary Focus :
Developing and running Bioinformatic workflows/pipelines leveraging and managing WDL engines like miniWDL, Slurm and R on AWS cloud utilizing technologies like AWS Parallel Cluster, R Workbench, Batch, ECS, Kubernetes etc. Technical Skills :
AWS Services: EC2, RDS, S3, RedShift, FSX, EFS,
IAM, Batch, Cloud Formation etc. Python & bash scripting Experience with Slurm (Configuring Slurm partitions, converting standalone jobs to Slurm etc.) Experience with R Workbench & Package manager – Install & configure R Workbench with scalable backend such as Slurm, Kubernetes etc. Experience with Dockers Key Responsibilities : Developing and running Bioinformatic workflows/pipelines leveraging and managing WDL engines like miniWDL, Slurm and R on AWS cloud utilizing technologies like AWS Parallel Cluster, R Workbench, Batch, ECS, Kubernetes etc.
Good-to-Have:
1. Should have knowledge on Dockers ECS, RDS, S3 2. Good Knowledge in developing and running Bioinformatic workflows/pipelines leveraging and managing WDL engines like miniWDL, Slurm
