- Ability to understand and handle multiplebusinesses / domains
- Understanding of recruitment process &systems.;
- Ability to solve challenging hiring situationsthrough market data & intelligence.
- Exposure to Campus hiring would be anadvantage
A self - starter, comfortable working within largeinternational teams as well as independently and take initiatives to keep upwith the latest technology and industry trends.
