KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Make remainder calls to customers for timely follow-ups.
basic banking-related queries or direct them to the appropriate team.
Update call logs and system entries efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service.
