We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SEO Specialist (Part time or Full time) to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving organic search performance for diverse clients across industries. Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct in-depth keyword research , competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and fix crawlability, indexation, and speed issues.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags,
headings, content structure, internal links, and schema markup.
- Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices.
- Monitor organic performance through tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and generate monthly performance reports .
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and SEO trends to proactively adjust strategies.
Must-Have Skills
- Solid understanding of Technical SEO and On-Page SEO .
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs / SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Google Analytics or SEO certifications are a plus.
