We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our SDR (Sales Development Representative) team. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in managing outbound sales development for IT services and have a strong understanding of modern outbound strategies across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
You will work closely with the VP-Sales and BDMs to execute lead generation campaigns and ensure consistent pipeline contribution. This is a leadership role that combines people management with operational rigor — we expect the manager to guide the team with practical insights and drive outcomes through disciplined execution and team enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting for the US market
Translate campaign strategies (provided by BDMs/VP-Sales) into clear execution plans
Monitor performance metrics — outreach volume, response rates, conversions — and drive continuous improvement
Conduct regular reviews and coaching sessions to improve messaging, objection handling, and qualification skills
Ensure high-quality CRM hygiene and timely reporting of team activities, pipeline status, and performance trends
Provide ongoing motivation, goal alignment, and performance feedback to the SDR team
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align outreach efforts with broader GTM priorities
Requirements
8–10 years of inside sales experience in IT services, with at least 3 years in a team management role
Strong familiarity with outbound sales development processes and tools
Track record of building and managing SDR teams for B2B sales in international markets
Experience with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills
Comfortable working in US time zone shifts
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), reporting, and sales operations
Nice to Have
Experience supporting campaign execution for enterprise accounts
Exposure to sales enablement or automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
Ability to refine and optimize outbound processes and playbooks

Shift : US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
