We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Executive to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for the company, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, clients, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges).
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and preparing documents.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and notify management of shortages.
- Coordinate with various departments for administrative support.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service attitude.
- High school degree;
additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
