We’re hiring a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead and elevate our recruitment efforts across both Corporate and Retail functions. This is a high-visibility, fixed-term role (8 months) where you’ll shape hiring strategies, drive performance, and deliver results that truly matter.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals across both corporate and retail domains.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from workforce planning to onboarding.
Manage, coach, and inspire a team of recruiters , fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver best-in-class hiring experiences .
Use data and insights to drive performance, optimize processes, and present actionable dashboards.
Own and execute leadership hiring , niche roles, and volume recruitment with equal focus.
Champion employer branding and deliver a consistently exceptional candidate experience .
Drive key initiatives like diversity hiring, internal mobility , and referral programs .
