We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior/Student Counsellor – Multi Destination to join our Ahmedabad office. If you're passionate about shaping students’ futures and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end counselling to students aspiring to study in Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, Canada, EU countries, Dubai, and Ireland
Help students select suitable courses and institutions based on their academic background, career aspirations, and visa requirements
Manage the complete application lifecycle – from document preparation and submission to offer letters and visa lodgement
Maintain consistent communication with students and parents throughout the admission process
Keep up to date with education policies, visa changes, and institutional requirements across multiple destinations
Represent PFEC Global at education fairs, events, and seminars to promote our partner institutions and services
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2–5 years of experience in student counselling (multi-destination experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of international education systems, admission procedures, and visa guidelines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is an added advantage
