Job Title: Head of Marketing

Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and high-impact Head of Marketing to lead brand, digital, and growth marketing for a premium Sports D2C brand. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in building digital-first consumer brands, managing large-scale campaigns, and driving full-funnel performance through creativity, data, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
Own and evolve the brand vision, tone, and storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
Lead the development of integrated brand campaigns , product launches, and seasonal marketing calendars.
Ensure consistency and innovation across channels including website, social media, PR, events, and offline activations.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Drive customer acquisition and retention through paid media (Meta, Google, affiliates, programmatic).
Manage CAC, ROAS, LTV and other key growth metrics across the funnel.
Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams to optimize digital journeys.
CRM, Loyalty & Community
Lead CRM strategy and customer lifecycle marketing via email, SMS, and push.
Build a highly engaged customer community through influencer, creator, and ambassador partnerships.
Champion the voice of the customer through data insights and feedback loops.
