About the Role We re searching for a passionate and technically proficient Dev Customer Success Manager to join our growing team This role is crucial for ensuring the success of our WordPress clients You will be the primary point of contact for technical questions troubleshooting and providing proactive support to our clients This is a unique opportunity to blend your technical skills with your passion for customer success Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting to WordPress clients via email phone and video conferencing Proactively identify and address potential technical issues before they impact clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders Onboard new clients and provide technical training on our WordPress services Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and knowledge base articles Stay up-to-date on the latest WordPress trends technologies and best practices Manage client expectations and ensure a positive customer experience Monitor client website performance and identify opportunities for optimization This might include analyzing data such as Page load speed e g using Google PageSpeed Insights Uptime and availability Search engine ranking performance Potentially assist with minor code changes or customizations within WordPress Qualifications Strong understanding of WordPress including themes plugins and the WordPress API Experience with website development technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Experience with customer success best practices and methodologies Experience with debugging tools e g browser developer tools debugging plugins Knowledge of version control systems like Git Familiarity with website hosting environments and server administration is a plus Bonus Points Experience with WooCommerce Experience with WordPress Multisite Contributions to the WordPress community e g plugin development theme development speaking at WordCamps Apply here https seahawkmedia typeform com to b3sxEU Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 1 000 000 00 per year Application Question s Can you work on troubleshooting WordPress websites Experience Rest API 2 years Required WooCommerce 3 years Required WordPress 3 years Required Customer Success Manager 3 years Required Language English Required Shift availability Night Shift Required Application Deadline 25 07 2025
