About Us STEM Learning is a social enterprise dedicated to transforming education by instilling a passion for Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics in young learners Established in 2011 we empower students in rural and urban India by strengthening their foundation in STEM education Through impactful CSR initiatives we collaborate with 250 corporates 50 NGOs and 30 private schools to ensure sustainable and effective advancements in education Our mission is to equip government schools with world-class STEM resources building a brighter future for students and fostering innovation nationwide Company Website www stemlearning in Job Title Business Development Executive Locations Chennai Experience Required 3 to 6 years Joining Immediate Joiners Preferred and Female Preferred Laptop Must have own laptop We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executives for Vadodara and Surat locations The ideal candidate will actively engage with private schools and clients drive CSR partnerships maintain CRM data and contribute to impact through MIS reporting This is a field-intensive role with regular client and school visits Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to private schools and potential clients for business generation Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients donors and stakeholders Identify CSR funding opportunities and engage with corporate and institutional partners Develop and present customized proposals and partnership pitches Maintain and update records through CRM tools Generate and share MIS reports for management and performance tracking Maintain a comprehensive database of leads donors and outreach activities Achieve monthly quarterly revenue and outreach goals Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution Candidate Profile Education BSW MSW MBA PGDM Graduate preferably with CSR fundraising education sector exposure Experience 3 to 6 years in business development CSR fundraising or institutional sales Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office ability to create and manage MIS reports Willingness to travel for client and school visits Own laptop is mandatory Immediate joiners will be given preference Why Join Us Be part of a mission-driven organization making a real social impact Opportunities to grow and work on meaningful ground-level initiatives Dynamic and supportive work environment Apply now and contribute to building impactful partnerships in the education and CSR ecosystem For applications or referrals kindly reply to this email with your updated CV Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Language Tamil Required Work Location In person
