Job Title: Senior Export Sales Executive / Sr. International Sales Specialist
Location: Ahmedabad
CTC: ₹5–7.5 LPA (Based on experience) + Sales Incentives + Mediclaim + Paid Leaves + PF

Role Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Export Sales Executive / International Business Development Executive to strengthen our global market presence. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in international sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development
• Research and identify potential international markets and customer segments
• Analyse competitor activity, trends, and customer needs to shape market-entry strategies
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Generate leads via online research, trade fairs, and networking platforms
• Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, and professional outreach
Sales Execution
• Present, promote, and sell products to international clients (both new and existing)
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close deals
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Address customer queries and provide post-sales support
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure order fulfilment
• Prepare quotations, manage contracts, and maintain sales documentation
Reporting & Insights
• Track and report sales performance, market feedback, and trends
• Share regular updates with management for data-driven decision-making
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred; BBA/B. Com graduates with relevant experience can also apply
• 3 –7 years of experience in international sales/business development, preferably in manufacturing or export industries
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within teams
• Willingness to travel internationally
