About Stylika:
Stylika is a leading fashion jewelry and accessories brand in Ahmedabad, offering trendy, affordable, and high-quality pieces under one roof. We are expanding online through our Shopify store and looking for a smart and organized E-Commerce Executive to manage our online operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Shopify backend — product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and collections.
Upload product images, write engaging product descriptions, and apply SEO tags/metadata.
Coordinate with the design and photography team to ensure accurate and appealing visuals.
Monitor and process online orders, track shipments, handle returns/exchanges, and resolve customer issues.
Update homepage banners,
promotions, offers, and seasonal collections regularly.
Collaborate with marketing team to set up campaigns.
Monitor Shopify analytics, track sales performance, and prepare basic sales/inventory reports.
Coordinate with technical team for website bugs, app integrations, or feature updates.
Requirements
Experience managing Shopify or any e-commerce platform (1+ years preferred).
Good understanding of e-commerce operations, product merchandising, and online customer journey.
Basic knowledge of SEO for e-commerce (titles, tags, descriptions).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable working on Excel/Google Sheets.
Good communication skills for internal coordination.
