Job Overview
As a Field Sales Executive,
you’ll be the face of Goodboy Kitchen at premium veterinary clinics and partner locations. Your role is to introduce pet parents to the concept of freshly cooked dog food, offer product samples, generate leads, and convert trials into subscriptions.
This is a customer-facing role and ideal for someone who loves dogs, enjoys talking to people, and is motivated by targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Be physically present near the Goodboy Kitchen refrigerator placed in vet clinics or grooming salons.
- Greet and engage with pet parents visiting the clinic.
- Educate pet parents about the benefits of fresh food vs kibble.
- Offer free food samples and explain product details.
- Capture lead information (name, dog breed, contact number, feeding preferences).
- Follow up with pet parents via WhatsApp or phone calls for feedback and upselling.
- Maintain a daily report of leads, trials, conversions, and queries.
- Coordinate with the internal team for timely sample refills and promotional material.
- Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 20+ quality leads per week
- 5+ new subscriptions per month from assigned location
- 80%+ sample-to-feedback call follow-up
- On-ground presence and activity for a minimum of 5–6 hours/day
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for pets and empathy for pet parents
- Sales-oriented mindset with basic negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus)
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and maintaining Google Sheets
- Experience in retail, events, or direct sales is a bonus
