Primary Responsibilities:
Manage Help desk tickets in a timely manner
Respond to customer issues via Phone
Provide customer assistance
Escalate issues to the next Tier with the next level of difficulty
Run diagnostics to resolve customer-reported issues

Required Qualifications:
Associate degree in computer science or related field
Solid working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
