Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients.
- Identify potential customers, build rapport, and negotiate deals to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Manage existing accounts to maintain strong relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales in the building material industry.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship-building with clients.
- Strong understanding of institutional sales, government sales, contractor/retail projects, secondary sales channels.
