What You'll Do:
- Prospect and engage SMB and mid-sized clients (employee strength <500) across industries like IT Services,
Education, and other SMB businesses
- Sell ready-to-deploy solutions including Zoho (Books, CRM, Inventory), Adobe Creative Cloud, Cybersecurity tools (endpoint security, DLP, email protection), and Productivity suites (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
- Conduct personalized demos and map solutions to customer needs and pain points
- Manage the full sales cycle: Lead Generation - Demo - Proposal - Negotiation - Closure
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution mapping and implementation
- Update CRM regularly and provide accurate pipeline and forecast data
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
What You'll Bring:
- 2-4 years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or creative/productivity tools
- Exposure to tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoho suite, or cybersecurity products (e.g., DLP, endpoint protection)
- Strong business acumen, communication, and consultative selling skills
- CRM usage knowledge (Zoho CRM preferred)
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and consistently hit goals
