Job Summary: We are hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented International Chat Support Executives to handle customer interactions for our global e-commerce platform. You will be the first point of contact for international customers, providing real-time assistance via chat for product inquiries, order tracking, complaints, returns, and general supportensuring an exceptional customer experience aligned with international standards.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with international customers via live chat and email with a high level of professionalism. Resolve queries related to products, orders, returns, shipping, payments, and refunds. Deliver accurate and quick responses while maintaining brand voice and tone.
Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously and efficiently. Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments (logistics, tech, or operations) and follow through until resolution. Maintain thorough and accurate logs of customer interactions in CRM platforms. Meet and exceed performance benchmarks (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.). Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, policies, and system updates.
