DreamzTech is a global technology firm delivering innovative digital solutions to enterprises across industries. Among its key innovations is DreamzCMMS, a SaaS-based Computerized Maintenance Management System that empowers organizations to optimize asset performance, reduce downtime, and drive operational efficiency.

As we scale our SaaS footprint globally, we are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead the full-stack marketing for DreamzCMMS.

As the Head of Marketing, you will own the strategic planning, execution, and leadership of the entire marketing function for DreamzCMMS. You will be responsible for scaling inbound and outbound demand, sharpening brand visibility, and driving growth across geographies and verticals.





You’ll report directly to senior leadership and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Craft and lead the global SaaS marketing roadmap for DreamzCMMS.
- Translate business objectives into integrated marketing campaigns.
- Define KPIs, own budgets, and report directly to executive leadership.
- Build multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, Ads, Email, ABM).
- Drive MQLs and optimize conversion through effective funnel management.
- Partner with sales to align pipeline growth strategies.
- Develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
- Create collateral: case studies, whitepapers and decks.
- Lead GTM for new feature releases and modules.
- Own digital presence, performance marketing, website content, and traffic growth.
- Elevate DreamzCMMS’s voice through social media and thought leadership.
- Manage and improve SEO rankings and inbound traffic quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Sales, Tech, and Support.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
- 10+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ years in SaaS/Enterprise tech leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in SaaS marketing, B2B funnels, and PLG strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong grasp on performance marketing, attribution, and analytics.
