-quality expertise in the Mumbai Commercial Real Estate Market Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an a Pre-Sales Tele Sales Executive in the real estate industry plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by generating leads nurturing client relationships and providing essential information to potential buyers This position requires excellent communication skills a deep understanding of the real estate market and the ability to effectively present and promote properties Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as online platforms referrals tele-calling and direct inquiries- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target demographics
- Client Engagement
- Initiate contact with potential clients and maintain a database of leads
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective clients through phone calls emails and messages
- Property Presentations
- Present and explain property features pricing and other relevant details to potential buyers
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits
- Sales Support Assist the sales team with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations Provide detailed and accurate information to clients regarding the property and the buying process
- Market Analysis
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends pricing strategies and competitor activities
- Analyze market data to assist in strategic planning and decision-making
- Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business Follow up with leads to convert them into potential buyers
- Administrative Duties Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and sales progress Qualifications Education Minimum 12th Standard HSC or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or a related field Experience Previous experience in a pre-sales or tele-calling in the real estate industry Skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
