This is a high-impact,
target-driven, and fast-paced role requiring a hunter mentality and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in building client relationships, closing staffing deals, and driving consistent business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and win new client accounts in the US and UK for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT staffing servicesDrive revenue through aggressive outreach, consultative sales, and strong client partnershipsCollaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to align delivery with client expectationsOwn and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIsDevelop and manage a robust pipeline using CRM and sales toolsLead proposal development, rate negotiations, and client presentationsStay on top of market trends, competitor intelligence, and client shifts in the IT staffing spaceRepresent Recrivio in client calls, virtual meetings,
and industry events as neededWho You Are5+ years of experience in IT staffing business development for US and/or UK marketsProven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targetsDeep understanding of recruitment models and staffing processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAble to thrive in a fast-moving, performance-driven environmentComfortable working across EST/GMT time zonesSelf-starter with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
