- Education: Graduate (Business Administration, Sales, Interior Design, or Hospitality Age: 25 to 35 years

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow Company's presence in the hospitality industry by identifying key segments, setting goals, and driving action plans.
2. Client Acquisition & Management:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients from the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, and serviced apartments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, architects, and interior designers to ensure repeat business.
3. Market Research & Networking:
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility.
4. Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project execution that meets client expectations.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis to support strategic decisions and identify improvement areas.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sourcing teams to create impactful client presentations and Strong understanding of design aesthetics and spatial planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with high-value clients and luxury brands.
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and vendors.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation software.
